How it works

Four simple steps from your first enquiry to a report you can rely on — with no disruption to your day.

1. Quote

Send the floor type, the rough size and your location. You get a fixed price and a date back — not a vague “from” figure or a sales call.

2. On-site test

We calibrate on site and test each area with the pendulum, wet and dry, using the correct rubber slider for how the floor is used. Quick, clean, no mess.

3. Your report

Within 2–3 working days: a Pendulum Test Value for every area, a clear safe / borderline / fail verdict, and practical recommendations.

4. Re-test, if needed

If anything falls short, we’ll tell you the realistic ways to put it right — often just a change of cleaning — and re-test afterwards so you’ve got proof it now meets the standard.

Why wet and dry?

Dry floors rarely cause slips; wet ones do. Testing wet shows what really happens when water, or whatever your floor faces, is on the surface — so the figure reflects the conditions accidents actually happen in, not the best case.

Will it disrupt us?

No. A test is fast and quiet, we work around you, and there’s nothing to clean up. Most sites carry on trading as normal while we work.
